As a Talent Sourcer at Rocket Money, you will collaborate with the Recruiting team to develop sourcing strategies and attract high-quality candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. Responsibilities include tracking sourcing metrics, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, and fostering relationships with candidates to enhance the candidate experience.

In this role, you'll manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for G&A teams, build relationships with hiring leaders, utilize data to enhance recruiting strategies, and contribute to employer branding and onboarding processes.
