As a Senior User Researcher, you will lead user research initiatives that inform product strategy and design. You'll collaborate with product managers and leadership to define priorities, plan and execute research using mixed methods, advocate for users, and enhance the company's UX maturity through insightful presentations and workshops.

The Inventory Planner is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory across various channels and vendor partners. They will create purchasing forecasts, support inventory strategies, communicate weekly reports, track inventory levels, ensure ERP accuracy, and collaborate with finance and operational teams to improve inventory efficiency and meet supply targets.
