The Senior Principal Consultant in Strategy at Point B is responsible for building the strategy practice through client development and delivery oversight. Key responsibilities include forming trusted relationships with senior executives, leading strategy engagements, leveraging analytical models for financial decision-making, and incorporating market research into strategy development.

The Customer Director will work with the Growth Leadership team to manage and grow revenue for strategic accounts, understand customers' needs, and provide industry expertise. They will drive sales efforts, inform strategy based on customer needs, and act as a peer to C-suite executives while nurturing the Point B team and addressing client challenges.
