The New Company Formation Architect is responsible for ideation and diligence process of new market opportunities and the formation of new companies. They work closely with the founders and the core team to build and seed-fund new companies.

As the Co-Founder / Head of Product, you will be responsible for product strategy, product management/development, team-building and hiring, and go-to-market activity. You will need strong product management skills, collaboration skills, technical understanding, communication skills, prioritization skills, and UI/UX thinking. This is a senior-level role.
