As a Paralegal, you will support Notion's legal team in corporate, compliance, employment, IP, and litigation matters. Responsibilities include managing compliance, document control, assisting legal counsel, maintaining filing systems, managing databases, and conducting research for attorneys and stakeholders.

The Associate Commercial Counsel will negotiate and draft contracts with public sector customers and partners, improve contracting workflows, and manage contract management tools. They must collaborate effectively with multiple teams to align contracts with business objectives.

The Patent Prosecution Paralegal will support Snap’s Patent Team by working with engineers, outside counsel, and internal teams on patent creation and prosecution.
