If you're a storyteller at heart who believes in the power of great assets and is ready to win in one of the fastest-moving and most transformative industries, this is where you belong.

Our Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will focus on asset development and storytelling to equip our go-to-market teams with compelling narratives and high-impact materials. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Sales, and Product teams to craft sales enablement assets, refine messaging, and build public-facing materials that clearly articulate Sendbird’s AI agent value. Your work will help shape how we position our AI agent product and ensure our stories resonate with our audience—from enterprise decision-makers to product users. This position reports to our Lead Product Marketing Manager.

What you’ll do

  • Develop high-impact sales assets: Create pitch decks, sales playbooks, one-pagers, and case studies that enable Sales and GTM teams to articulate Sendbird’s value
  • Own public-facing content – Work with Design, Marketing, and Product to craft website pages and solution briefs that drive market awareness and adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Partner with Sales, Product, and Design to ensure all materials align with product positioning and sales strategy
  • Refine messaging and storytelling – Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that not only resonate with our target audiences but also differentiate us in a highly competitive AI market
  • Support product launches – Develop launch collateral and GTM assets that amplify new features across channels

Who you are:

  • You are a storyteller at heart, you are passionate about translating complex ideas into persuasive narratives
  • You move fast and bias toward action, iterating quickly based on feedback
  • You are a strong cross-functional collaborator
  • You believe in the power of great assets, knowing that strong collateral can drive real business results
  • You believe in Sendbird’s mission of building the AI workforce of tomorrow

What you bring:

  • 6+ years in product marketing, experience with AI a plus
  • Proven experience creating high-quality GTM assets, including pitch decks, sales collateral, and website content
  • Strong messaging and storytelling skills, with a knack for making technical concepts clear and compelling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Korean language skills are preferred

Why join us?

  • Join one of the fastest-growing and most transformative spaces—AI agents are reshaping how businesses operate, and you’ll be at the forefront of it
  • Tackle one of the most exciting 0-1 challenges, building a category-defining product from the ground up
  • Have a direct impact on product direction, messaging, and go-to-market execution
  • Work with a team of builders, move fast with a high-velocity team where speed, experimentation, and bold thinking define success
  • This role will include medical benefits in addition to the hourly rate
