The Sendbird Revenue Operations team is looking for a Manager of Marketing Operations. Revenue Operations consists of Strategy/Planning, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CX Operations, and Data Insights. Across the lead-to-cash cycle, we own the processes, systems, and analytics. This position will be at the core of our lead and pipeline creation activity and will drive cross-functional projects across Marketing, Growth / Demand Generation, and Sales.

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this person will be responsible for monitoring and enabling the delivery of leads and pipeline. The ideal candidate will understand marketing activities and will build out systems, processes and workflows to support and augment them.  You will join a dynamic and empowering team that operates with urgency, a data driven mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating and influencing a quality pipeline for Sales.

What You Will Do

  • Lead our Marketing Operations efforts, and be a strategic advisor/partner to the Head of Demand Generation and our Marketing stakeholders.
  • Platform and Systems Ownership
    • Own the Marketing technology stack across various solutions, selection of new tools, and support the management of our marketing technology ecosystem (website, backend systems, measurement).
    • Set up and manage integrations between our core Marketing and Sales systems and complementary tools
    • Balance short term fixes with the design and implementation of long term solutions that scale.
  • Campaign Management
    • Work with our global marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign programs are designed and executed effectively
    • Manage our email calendar and inbound forms;  Build, test and send emails, registration pages, and other campaign elements
    • Monitor email deliverability and list hygiene to ensure optimal inbox placement and privacy compliance
    • Ensure lead and contact data quality: cleaning, normalization, and imports
    • Assist with lead and contact database management, attributions, and proper tagging
    • Optimize lead and account scoring, nurturing and routing so leads are passed and prioritized appropriately.
  • Reporting / Analytics 
    • Track, manage, and own our Demand Generation programs for effectiveness and results
    • Build and update reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign results and drive for conversion / velocity
    • Define measurements for Inbound/Outbound, Channels, Lead Source, etc
    • Refine our Attribution model to optimize for motion and ROI.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations.
  • 5+ years at B2B SaaS Growth companies and with Sales Led Growth (SLG) strategy a requirement, Product Led Growth (PLG) a plus.   
  • Deep domain expertise in building and optimizing marketing automation platforms, especially Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, Zoominfo, RingLead, Paid Media (Google, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Pay Transparency

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.

Flexible Work Policy

We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird. We also value collaboration and relationship building. With those values in mind, we require for all employees within an hour commute range of their local office to gather with their team in office three times per week as a minimum. Some of our roles require a more frequent in-office schedule. Please work with your manager to understand the office time requirements for your position.
