The Corporate Development & Strategy team focuses on M&A, Figma Ventures, strategic opportunities and long-term product strategy. This role is an opportunity to build a new function from the ground up as the company’s first integration hire. This position will work closely with key executives and internal cross-functional stakeholders to directly impact Figma’s future growth.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Create playbooks and processes as the foundation for future M&A
  • Actively participate in diligence processes including advising on deal structure, GTM integration, strategic business questions, etc.
  • Captain and project manage cross-functional workstreams for all parts of integration
  • Report to executive leadership on integration milestones
  • Build a best-in-class integration function at Figma
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in M&A, business operations, consulting or other strategic business roles
  • 2+ years of experience in leading M&A Integration
  • Ability to manage complex processes from start to finish and a desire to work cross-functionally 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to drive projects to completion

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience running M&A integrations end-to-end

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.    

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information. 

Figma offers equity to employees, as well a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental & vision, retirement with company contribution, parental leave & reproductive or family planning support, mental health & wellness benefits, generous PTO, company recharge days, a learning & development stipend, a work from home stipend, and cell phone reimbursement.  Figma also offers sales incentive pay for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub):

$136,000$288,000 USD
