We are now looking for a M&A and integration activities lead for HR. In this role you will partner closely with the corporate M&A team from due diligence to post-close integration and work closely with all HR organizations globally as well as company functional leaders to ensure a strong target company assessment and develop integration strategy!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead HR due diligence and define the integration strategy, ensuring alignment with the deal’s strategic rationale.

Develop and implement integration plans, optimizing talent retention and employee experience.

Own and enhance the HR M&A playbook, driving continuous improvements in processes.

Monitor post-acquisition performance, address challenges, and improve deal value.

Manage multiple deals simultaneously, maintain effective communication channels and manage metrics to support each transaction

Build a data & analytics framework to monitor M&A integration metrics, tracking talent retention, cultural alignment, and operational success

Partner closely with key stakeholders (Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders) to ensure seamless integration aligned with overall business goals
What We Need to See:

An employee advocacy attitude and develop integration plans that uphold a positive experience for new hires transitioning into NVIDIA.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-
12+ years of experience in HR, with significant M&A integration expertise.

Data-driven approach with expertise in HR analytics and metrics.

Outstanding communication and skills, from executive to operational levels.

Proven ability to navigate complex, global M&A transactions with speed and precision.

Ability to build and implement scalable, repeatable HR integration frameworks.
-
Knowledge of global employee law, immigration, and technology tools is needed.

Proven background in organizational planning, people assessment, and talent strategies.

Demonstrate solid knowledge in compensation, benefits, immigration, and compliance programs to effectively manage HR due diligence and integration in M&A transactions
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Professional certifications (e.g. SHRM, SPHR, PROSCI) are a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication and executive presentation skills

Consistent track record of delivering results through influencing cross-functionally in highly matrixed program structures

Demonstrated ability to develop overall strategic direction while also maintaining detailed oversight of program execution

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 310,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
