The People Operations Specialist at Kikoff will be responsible for developing an onboarding program, providing HR administrative support, assisting with employee inquiries, collecting and organizing feedback data, and supporting People Operations processes. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of HR practices, and at least 2 years of HR experience. A bachelor's degree and HR certification are preferred.
