What you'll achieve

  • Help create amazing programs and experiences that boost employee morale, retention, and engagement
  • Support our best-in-class onboarding experience for new hires
  • Own milestone moments to celebrate Personerds birthdays, work anniversaries and more
  • Coordinate our expanding facilities through vendor relationships, repairs & maintenance
  • Keep shared spaces like the kitchen, soft seating areas, and meeting rooms tidy and well-organized
  • ...and whatever else comes up in the day-to-day office life!

What you'll bring to Persona

  • 1+ years experience working in an office, hospitality, or retail environment
  • Excitement around community building and in-person work (you’ll plan to be here 5 days a week!)
  • Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • A "roll up your sleeves" attitude and willingness to ask questions
  • Able to work independently and part of a team to get things done
  • Pride in delivering world-class results, even when things get hectic
  • Able to maintain professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with physical aspects of the job: walking, reaching, lifting up to 20lbs
