What you'll bring to Persona
- 1+ years experience working in an office, hospitality, or retail environment
- Excitement around community building and in-person work (you’ll plan to be here 5 days a week!)
- Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail
- A "roll up your sleeves" attitude and willingness to ask questions
- Able to work independently and part of a team to get things done
- Pride in delivering world-class results, even when things get hectic
