Job Description: 

At Articul8 AI, we are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team, specializing in creating intuitive and user-friendly large scale data visualization and Gen AI Web applications for enterprises. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet the needs of our clients and users. Your expertise in large scale data visualization and Gen AI applications will enable you to create innovative and effective solutions that drive business growth and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct User Research: 

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. 

  • Analyze data and create user personas, user journeys, and user flow diagrams to inform design decisions. 

• Create Wireframes and Prototypes: 

  • Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for large-scale data visualization and SaaS applications. 

  • Use tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure to create interactive prototypes and test user interactions. 

• Develop Design Systems: 

  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across applications. 

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the application. 

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: 

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals. 

  • Communicate design concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to ensure alignment and buy-in. 

• Test and Refine Designs: 

  • Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and user feedback sessions to validate design decisions. 

  • Refine designs based on user feedback and testing results. 

• Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: 

  • Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in data visualization and SaaS applications. 

  • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and online courses to expand knowledge and skills. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on data visualization and SaaS applications. 

• Skills: 

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure. 

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. 

• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user research, and usability testing. 

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. 

• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your experience in designing large-scale data visualization and SaaS applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. 

• Front-end Development Skills: Basic understanding of front-end development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

• Data Analysis Skills: Basic understanding of data analysis concepts, including data visualization, statistics, and data storytelling.
