The UI Engineer will craft user-friendly frontend interfaces, collaborate with teams, maintain UI documentation, and incorporate design trends.
We are looking for a UI Engineer to join our team and help create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing frontend interfaces for Dora products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both design and frontend development.
Responsibilities
- Craft user interfaces for web products
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that user interfaces meet the specifications and requirements
- Develop and maintain UI documentation and design systems
- Research and incorporate the latest UI trends and technologies into web products
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and growth team to ensure that the final product meets all specifications and requirements
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human–computer Interaction, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Media Arts and Science, or related fields
- Experience as a UI/UX engineer, design engineer, or front-end engineer with advanced technical proficiency
- Proficient in state-of-the-art front-end libraries and frameworks, such as React/Next.js, Vue/Nuxt, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces
- Familiar with trending design tools, such as Figma, Framer, etc.
