About Team & About Role:
Rubrik Zero Labs is looking for a Transformation Analyst to bridge the gap between complex cybersecurity research and clear, compelling content. In this role, that combines both technical writing and security analysis skills, you will work alongside Security Researchers, Security Engineers, and leading customer security practitioners to translate cutting-edge threat intelligence into industry reports, blog posts, and internal documentation. Your writing will shape Rubrik’s external thought leadership, helping security executives and practitioners understand the evolving cyber threat landscape.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and operating enterprise practitioners and CXOs to draft, edit, and refine technical reports, case studies, white papers, and blogs.
- Develop content for Zero Labs’ annual and monthly reports, distilling complex findings into digestible insights.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy in all security-related content.
- Assist in the creation of presentation materials, webinars, and research summaries for internal and external audiences.
- Work closely with marketing, PR, and product security teams to align messaging with Rubrik’s security narrative.
- Support Chief Transformation Officer and Head of Zero Labs with key thought leadership initiatives, media briefings, and roadshows.
- Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
Experience You’ll Need:
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, executive advisory, or strategic
program development, preferably in cybersecurity, enterprise IT, or SaaS - Strong ability to assess complex business challenges, synthesize insights, and provide
actionable recommendations to senior executives. - Deep understanding of IT and security leadership priorities, enterprise transformation
trends, and industry challenges. - Experience facilitating high-profile executive sessions, leadership workshops, and
strategic planning engagements. - Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in industry benchmarking, business impact
modeling, and executive reporting.

$152,000—$196,400 USD
