We’re looking for a  Manager, Revenue Operations to help us guide & scale our Revenue Operations motion. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team that supports the operational needs of Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing revenue-driving processes, systems, and analytics to enhance efficiency, transparency, and alignment across the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization.

About the role:

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $131,000 - $181,500
      • Zone B: $125,000 - $172,000
      • Zone C: $118,000 - $163,000
    • Canada (all figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in Canada)
      • 148,500 - 205,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

  • Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations

As a Manager, Revenue Operations you’ll … 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Revenue Operations professionals, including Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Partnerships Operations.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and problem-solving across the team and broader GTM functions.
  • Drive improvements in forecasting, territory management, and data integrity across Salesforce and other GTM tools.
  • Ensure operational excellence in GTM motions, from pipeline development to expansion strategies, through scalable processes and automation.
  • Partner with Finance, Business Operations, and IT to ensure accurate and efficient data flows between key systems (Salesforce, Tableau, Clari, Outreach, Gong, etc.).
  • Partner with Leadership stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to align on strategy and operational improvements. 
  • Represent the Revenue Operations team in cross-functional discussions, providing insights and recommendations based on data and industry best practices.

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Manager, Revenue Operations if you:

  • Have leadership experience in Revenue Operations – You’ve managed and developed high-performing teams within Revenue Operations in a SaaS environment. 
  • Have 4-6+ years of previous Revenue Operations experience including experience operationally supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. 
  • Are tech-savvy and process-oriented – You have experience managing and optimizing a GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Tableau, Clari, Outreach, Gong, and other sales/customer success tools.
  • Have a track record of building scalable operational processes – You’ve successfully implemented tools, automation, and workflows that improve efficiency and transparency in GTM functions.
  • Are an excellent cross-functional collaborator – You build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, and IT to drive business impact.
  • Have strong communication and change management skills – You can effectively communicate complex operational topics to both technical and non-technical audiences and drive adoption across teams.
