As monday.com continues on it's fast growth trajectory, we are looking for a passionate, creative and driven technical enablement professional to join us in our Denver office and make a big impact on our Client-Facing Group across NAM. This individual will have a proven track record of success in a Sales/Sales adjacent role (i.e. Pre-Sales Engineer) and/or Sales Enablement role working in fast paced environments and is seeking to continuously build on existing skills & knowledge while learning and exposing themselves to new and evolving challenges.

You will be responsible for owning and implementing a wide range of initiatives aimed at improving performance of our technically-focused client facing teams and enhancing the overall customer experience (pre and post sale). Your immediate focus will be on training and coaching the North American supporting roles, with a global focus at hand. You will help to deliver a world class onboarding & continued education experience, blending product knowledge with sales skills and ensuring a strong foundation for success. Responsibilities will also include creating programs for skill improvement, regularly facilitating live training sessions, and collaborating with other functions both globally and in region to support the team with new process/tooling initiatives and new product enhancements.


About The Role:

  • Deliver a high quality onboarding experience that brings to life the monday culture, and gets new hires off to a fast start in role.
  • Build and run the training curricula and assessments for all Pre-Sales & Implementation Consultant new hires beyond their formal onboarding program to create product and process confidence and proficiency.
  • Establish relationships and collaborate with Leadership to translate feedback in clear and actionable steps.
  • Become a technical expert in our product(s), go to market philosophy and sales methodology.
  • Conduct skills gaps analysis to identify areas of improvement in current representatives’ skills/ processes, and create solutions for improvement.
  • Design and develop holistic and programmatic training curricula within time and budget constraints.
  • Develop and monitor enablement metrics that measure the effectiveness of training, tools, and processes with clear iteration and improvement.
  • Coach staff on effective execution of implementation skills, product knowledge, workflow realization and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with global enablement and cross-departmental units (business operations, marketing, channel, product) to provide project and change management support to ensure all initiatives and programs run smoothly in region.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve/optimize technical team's processes, and leverage tools to help those teams become more efficient in achieving their objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in technical based roles and/or sales training adjacent roles (i.e. Pre-Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Product Enablement, etc.)
  • Experience in or a working understanding of API, Integration (across software platforms) and identifying complex workflows.
  • General knowledge of cloud technologies.
  • Experience in management, training and/or onboarding (preferably in B2B SaaS environment)
  • Demonstrated history of coaching colleagues around key role components.
  • Experience building and developing engaging content for training and learning opportunities across multiple audiences.
  • Highly collaborative and self-motivated in meeting and exceeding deadlines and goals
  • Excels in clear communication and relationship building within their immediate team and cross-departmentally.
  • Passion for helping others develop and grow. 
  • Clearly establish priorities across multiple initiatives while easily pivoting within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
  • Experience in familiar Sales and Sales Enablement tools a huge plus (Gong, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Guru, Articulate Rise, Highspot, Slack, Looker).
  • Experience with monday.com a plus.

For Denver based hires only: Compensation Range: $85,000 - $105,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations
