Marketing at Sei Labs


We are looking to bring on a founding Technical Marketing Manager to help spread the many ways Sei Labs is pushing the boundaries of EVM performance to the most technical builders across all of web3. You will lead highly technical marketing strategies, effectively communicating our updates to top developers, researchers, VC's, and the true builders. This role is instrumental in positioning Sei Labs as a thought leader in blockchain technology and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute compelling technical narratives that highlight Sei's unique capabilities and performance advantages.
  • Create and distribute technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, developer guides, and in-depth research articles.
  • Collaborate closely with Sei’s Engineering and Research teams to ensure accurate, engaging, and insightful messaging.
  • Manage and enhance Sei Labs’ thought leadership through speaking engagements, conference presentations, and partnerships with key industry players.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives for new releases, ensuring that updates resonate with developers, researchers, and technical audiences.
  • Work with infrastructure providers (RPC providers, wallets, SDK teams, etc.) and ecosystem projects to develop collaborative marketing efforts and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop engaging technical demonstrations, webinars, and workshops to drive developer adoption and engagement.
  • Own and execute Sei Labs’ social media strategy for technical audiences across platforms like X (Twitter), Farcaster, and Discord.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and community sentiment to inform marketing strategies and messaging.

Who You Are

  • 1+ year of proven success at a Layer-1/Layer-2 or highly technical DeFi project.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical marketing, developer relations, product marketing, or a similar role within blockchain or Web3.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, rollups, and Layer-1/Layer-2 solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience creating technical content for developers, engineers, and researchers.
  • Proven ability to execute go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Familiarity with Web3 development tools, programming languages, and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze trends and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
