What Are We Looking For?

As a Sr. Technical Marketer at SentinelOne, you’ll be a key storyteller and thought leader driving awareness of threat actors and our approach to defending against them. You will collaborate with research, product, and security operations teams to identify potential and actively tracked threats, threat actors, and our product investments to craft influencing and engaging narratives for practitioner audiences.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thought Leadership & Storytelling:
    • Develop and deliver compelling narratives around potential and actively tracked threats, threat actors, and our product investments.
    • Position SentinelOne as a market leader by crafting demos, authoring blogs, white papers, and other thought-leadership content on emerging threat trends and observed threats and the actors behind them.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, customers, and industry analysts, helping them understand how SentinelOne’s technology can address critical security challenges.
  • Public Speaking & Advocacy:
    • Represent SentinelOne at industry events, conferences, webinars, and partner engagements, presenting our technology and its strategic value to diverse audiences.
    • Act as a spokesperson for the company, engaging with media, analysts, and key stakeholders to articulate the value of our current offerings and future initiatives.
    • Educate and inspire a community of customers, partners, and influencers on SentinelOne’s mission, product capabilities, and strategic roadmap.
  • Content Development & Asset Creation:
    • Collaborate with the Product Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to produce high-quality, insightful content, including demos, presentations, case studies, and solution briefs.
    • Partner with the Field CISOs, Competitive Intelligence, and Analyst Relations teams to develop impactful content that resonates with a CISO, CIO, and CFO audience.
    • Drive the creation of engaging materials such as demos, videos, webinars, and other multimedia content that showcases SentinelOne’s technological leadership.
  • Market Influence & Visionary Insight:
    • Maintain deep expertise in SentinelOne’s product suite, architecture, and value propositions, ensuring a clear alignment of product capabilities with current and future industry demands.
    • Act as a visionary for SentinelOne, aligning our innovations with market evolution and demonstrating the long-term impact of our technologies and solutions.
    • Engage in online and offline communities, promoting SentinelOne’s thought leadership, participating in discussions on cybersecurity developments, and driving brand credibility.
  • Internal Enablement:
    • Work closely with Sales Enablement to educate the broader team on strategic messaging, product positioning, and emerging market opportunities.
    • Facilitate feedback loops with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to help refine product features, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

  • Significant experience in cybersecurity across technical marketing disciplines, including product evangelism, product marketing, and technical roles, with a demonstrable depth of knowledge.
  • Proven experience presenting to technical and executive audiences at industry events, webinars, and digital channels.
  • Proven experience creating compelling and engaging demo scenarios that bring customer outcomes to life, including visualization and narrative.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity, including endpoint, cloud security, and data security solutions, with an ability to articulate complex technology in a simple, impactful way.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating narratives that resonate across multiple audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about industry trends and market positioning, with an ability to anticipate and address future customer needs and challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work across departments and represent SentinelOne effectively.
  • Experience with industry testing such as MITRE and SentinelOne’s platform and products is a bonus!

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some
locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range

$180,000$225,000 USD
