IFG functions with a mandate to think creatively, discover new opportunities and re-envision operations to drive growth and deliver a first-class experience to our downline agencies/agents and to our carrier partners.

As a Strategy Advancement Advisor on the Strategy, Growth, and Engagement team, you will serve as a thought-partner, collaborator, and change-agent to develop strategy and help drive change across the IFG organization. You will partner closely with senior leadership on a portfolio of projects ranging from new strategies, large transformative initiatives, to tactical experience and operational improvements. The range of activities balances short- and long-term impact: partnering simultaneously on the design, testing, and implementation of core operational changes, while setting and managing roadmap efforts toward multi-year sustainable growth and transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-profile, high-impact strategy projects from developing an approach to delivering recommendations and final deliverables
  • Partner with Senior IFG and MarketPoint Leadership to develop strategies and tactical plans that drive growth, reimagine experiences, and improve health outcomes
  • Develop high quality analysis and deliverables that clearly frame growth objectives, and can be summarized in an executive summary which addresses issues/challenges, articulates compelling /insightful findings, draws conclusions, and outlines recommendations
  • Conduct meetings, strategy sessions, and report-outs with leaders across IFG, MarketPoint, and Humana
  • Oversee industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis and budget adherence for specific initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders across IFG, MarketPoint, and Humana

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a management field or a similar field with outstanding academic credentials
  • 5+ years of full-time, post-degree work experience with a top tier strategy or management consulting firm; or similar strategy experience in a corporate setting
  • Demonstrated ability and passion for bringing structure to ambiguity / working in ‘white space’ and independently managing strategy engagements from conception to final deliverables
  • Highly collaborative, flexible, team-oriented working style
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Elite verbal and written communication, and ability to present at the C-suite/Executive leadership levels
  • Ability to quickly build and maintain trust with senior business leaders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Big plus if you have prior healthcare industry experience, preferably in the Medicare marketplace and/or with a Field Marketing Organization (FMO)
  • MBA, MA/MS, PhD, or graduate degree in a management field, with outstanding academic credentials

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$115,200 - $158,400 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
