Make Your Mark:
Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for firm products. Develops, modifies and executes software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems and computation software. Ensures quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition and processing.
You'll Get To:
- Lead the design, development, and execution of performance testing strategies and plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of performance scenarios.
- Develop and maintain performance testing scripts, tools, and frameworks.
- Monitor and analyze performance test results, identifying performance bottlenecks and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of software applications.
- Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and work with teams to implement solutions.
- Document performance testing processes, best practices, and lessons learned to improve future testing efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in performance testing tools and methodologies.
What You'll Bring:
Years of Experience in Related Field: 5+ years of relevant experience in performance testing or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Salary Range:
USD $133,000.00 - USD $167,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
