This role falls within the Experience Team at ServiceNow, more specifically within its Design Operations team. We are EX Design advocates that orchestrate the execution and delivery of flexible and holistic processes and programs to enable delightful product experiences. We are dedicated to helping design teams establish high quality design processes as well as driving and overseeing programs around strategic initiatives across our organization.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally on a design team.
  • Has extensive experience in Design Systems with a proven track record of developing, managing, or evolving design systems across multiple platforms and products.
  • Deep experience in gathering feedback and data to deliver continual business and operational improvement .
  • Experience utilizing project management software to keep projects organized, track metrics, and report on progress.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey design principles, system updates, and project status to various audiences.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Can create and articulate a long-term vision for design systems that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Has change management experience in creating, delivering, and communicating new ideas to propel innovative and scalable solutions across our organization.
  • Builds strong relationships across cross-functional teams to maximize productivity and success.
  • Communicates with candor and empathy while sharing learnings from individual and team experiences to drive continual improvement for self and others.
  • Is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and knowing how to move forward to solve open-ended challenges independently.


#UXD
For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $158,500 - $277,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
