About the Role:

GTM Strategy & Ops at Motive is a collaborative group that is responsible for developing our go-to-market strategy, improving Sales efficiency, and ensuring that we hit our growth targets. Our team is obsessed with, and energized by, the challenge of getting our hands dirty in any problem across Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and finding ways to help us scale more efficiently. We are a low-ego, highly-motivated group that collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and optimize - Dive deep into our data across customer segments, verticals, and partner portfolios, to create models that analyze Sales Engineering effectiveness. You’ll take a hands-on approach to synthesize insights that will translate playbooks implemented and proposals for new initiatives
  • Be a trusted partner - Advise our Sales Engineering leadership team and drive workflow improvement to reduce the friction the Sales Engineering org feels on a day-to-day basis
  • Design processes to drive continuous improvement - Ensure we have visibility into what tools and products are being deployed, and that we are closely monitoring impact and pivoting as needed
  • Drive management cadences - Manage weekly and monthly business processes, escalating deviations from goals and expectations

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or a high-growth SaaS startup
  • Exceptional spreadsheet / data management skills and high degree of SQL proficiency
  • Tech experience is preferred but not a requirement
  • Advanced communication, presentation, and organization skills
  • Executive presence and comfort communicating with the C-suite
  • Intellectual curiosity supported by exceptional analytical skill
  • Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects with various stakeholders and a demonstrated expertise in managing such projects
  • Able to work in ambiguous, fast paced, environments under tight and unpredictable timelines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is:

$130,000$160,000 USD
