The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we create the right products to move our business forward. Product Operations works closely with cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, roll out, and iterate on products.

As we continue to expand our suite of products on top of our massive network of devices, we are looking for a talented Senior Product Operations Manager who can take our products to the next level. You will be tasked with identifying and executing opportunities for product growth, process improvement and automation. You will be charged with changing how we tackle customer requests to make them more data-driven, efficient, and create a bigger impact.

You will partner closely with product managers and stakeholders from sales and marketing teams to help drive rapid company growth. In return, you’ll receive visibility across the organization and will be a key voice in one of the most exciting companies in the transportation industry.   • Define and build processes to operationalize our product development process, tailored to meet our Enterprise customers needs 
  • Drive continuous improvement to the engagement models between product, engineering, and business stakeholders teams
  • Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives
  • Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and project-manage implementation
  • Track core business metrics related to the product
  • Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to advise product improvements
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the team’s internal capacity

  • 6+ years experience as a program manager in Product, Sales, or Marketing organizations
  • Self-starter and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Expertise in data analysis and manipulation using SQL or other tools (Salesforce, Excel, etc)
  • Experience driving projects end-to-end and bringing synergies across organizations at all levels
  • Experience working effectively with remote/offshore teams
