We're seeking a Senior Manager of Experiential Learning to lead our instructor-led training and exclusive learning experiences within the cybersecurity domain. In this high-impact, customer- and partner-facing role, you'll ensure that our programs consistently deliver value, engage our learners, and support renewals. This includes overseeing training standards, managing a global team of trainers, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the learning experience for customers, partners, and subscription holders. Your contributions will be crucial to ensuring that our customers and partners can utilize our products with high competency, effectively meet their use cases, and benefit from industry-leading learning programs.
You are an experienced learning delivery leader with a strong background in delivering and managing training programs within the cybersecurity industry. You thrive in a role that balances program management, marketing, customer interaction, strategic planning, and hands-on oversight, with an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Management & Delivery Excellence (40%)
    • Lead classroom and virtual experiences for instructor-led courses, bootcamps, and exclusive training events such as Capture the Flag (CTF) leagues and Purple Team events.
    • Design and maintain the course schedule to balance seat availability with regional and channel team requests, delegating schedule creation and maintenance to regional trainers and providing guidance and oversight.
    • Monitor trainer utilization and ensure trainers maintain required certification levels, cross-training as necessary.
  • Strategic Engagement & Exclusive Experiences (25%)
    • Develop and market exclusive, high-value experiences for training subscription holders in each region, including quarterly offerings to drive engagement and competency development.
    • Continuously evolve the portfolio of exclusive experience offerings to foster engagement, customer satisfaction, and retention.
    • Manage a cross-functional product coaching pool, marketing its benefits to enhance subscription value for customers.
    • Collaborate with Channel Services Enablement to align programs with partner accreditation and continuing education requirements.
  • Performance Metrics & Dashboard Management (20%)
    • Develop, refine, and own the KPIs for trainer utilization, course attendance, satisfaction scores, instructor performance, and training outcomes across the entire funnel-from marketing to certification.
    • Generate requirements for Power BI dashboards to enable performance oversight, supporting data-driven improvements to the learning experience.
  • Trainer & Partner Oversight (15%)
    • Directly manage a global team, including two full-time trainers in MENA/India, four contract trainers in North America, and an authorized training center partner in APJ.
    • Onboard and contract individual trainers, ensuring prompt payment, certification via Train-the-Trainer, and consistent performance oversight.
    • Support authorized training centers in delivering high-quality training to regional customers and channel partners, providing periodic training and management oversight.
    • Oversee and continually develop the Train-the-Trainer program to ensure trainers are qualified, meet performance standards, and consistently receive positive student feedback.


Minimum Qualifications (Must Haves):

  • Several years of experience delivering and managing instructor-led training (in-person and via distance) on SIEM and UEBA products in on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Expertise across multiple cybersecurity software platforms, with a proven track record of training delivery and trainer management.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms for user registration, course materials maintenance, course delivery, and student communications.
  • Expertise in utilizing, managing, and troubleshooting virtual environments to deliver hands-on product learning.
  • Strong presentation and instructional skills, with the ability to coach and mentor trainers in delivering impactful training.
  • Familiarity with ChurnZero, SFDC, and Saba LMS is highly desired.

Salary:
The annual starting salary for this position is between $130,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
