Job Description
As Senior Deal Desk Analyst you will be a key member of the Finance team, directly contributing to the growth of our business by partnering with key cross-functional team members to support all activities within the processing of our customer contracts. This is a pivotal role that will support the US Deals Desk team.
Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted advisor and valuable partner to the North America Sales Team by supporting the order to invoicing process
- Collaborate with Deals Desk and Order Management analysts in India and ensure prioritized deals are processed with velocity and accuracy
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Billing, and Revenue Accounting on recommendations and options for deal structure and deal closure
- Maintain current knowledge of product offerings and pricing promotions
- Provide sales guidance on elements of a \"good deal\" utilizing historical trends in conjunction with current compliance policies
- Develop and/or contribute to process improvement and control governance for the North American Sales Region
- Participate in projects, sales training, and related initiatives from management as requested
Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3 days/ week (Tue - Thur) from our San Mateo HQ
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Deals Desk, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Order Management
- Experience working in a SaaS environment is preferred
- Experience with Dealhub is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Highly organized with extraordinary attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills - comfortable working with Sales Teams and multiple internal stakeholders across various management levels
- A sense of urgency and ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of CRM databases and CPQ quoting tools
Additional Information
California Pay Range: $110,000 - $145,000+. This range is inclusive of base+bonus. You may also be eligible for additional generous company benefits.
