Merge is looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about shaping the future of integrations and fluent in product manager needs. This person will be tasked with connecting with the product management community and effectively communicating the technical value of Merge’s solutions to prospects, customers, and partners.

What you will do:

  • Be the product manager expert. Immerse yourself in industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform technical product positioning and messaging
  • Lead our technical GTM motion with content creation and delivery. Support targeted marketing campaigns through technical marketing content to increase reach and engagement including: demo videos, white papers, technical guides, training webinars
  • Identify channels our ICP are active on and actively participate in the community, including Reddit, Discord, and X. Create content for social media including videos and posts
  • Fuel our sales motion by building technical customer-facing content including slides, architecture diagrams, and data sheets
  • Enable solutions engineering and post sales teams on Merge product capabilities with a deep understanding of partner platform nuances
  • Serve as a product SME at speaking events including webinars, podcasts, conferences, and other customer-facing engagements


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing
  • A software engineering background or experience in product management or solution engineering is a plus
  • Technical proficiency in API integrations and developer tooling for B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in front of executives, vendors, partners, and customers
  • Expertise in building product demos end-to-end, from building compelling narratives that accurately position our products and align to our platform messaging, to owning the technical execution in demo videos
  • Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling positioning and messaging, succinct technical pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a dynamic environment


Compensation

  • The cash compensation range for this role is $165,000 - $180,000
  • Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package
