Senior Sales Executive1

Jade Global is seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of
our ServiceNow technology products and services. This high-profile role demands a
results-driven professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, customer relationship
management, and delivering measurable business value. The ideal candidate will leverage their
expertise to craft tailored solutions for both new and existing clients, collaborating closely with
internal teams to ensure success throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
● Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by
managing all phases of the sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
● Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities through
proactive lead qualification and development. Drive net new sales while cultivating
long-term relationships with existing clients.
● Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute strategic sales plans for both new
prospects and assigned accounts, with a focus on aligning our offerings to the
customer’s business needs.
● Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with marketing teams to support lead generation
campaigns and other initiatives to drive awareness and opportunities.
● Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Tailor product demos and presentations to
address specific customer challenges and highlight value-based outcomes, aligning
solutions with the client’s technology roadmap.
● Customer Success Ownership: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding their
transformation efforts and ensuring ongoing customer success by maintaining and
growing strong executive relationships.
● Drive Growth in Existing Accounts: Leverage your industry knowledge and
understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities to identify opportunities for upsell and
cross-sell in existing client portfolios.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Proven Sales Performance: Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or
exceeding sales targets, particularly in technology or SaaS environments.
● Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience selling professional services, with deep
knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, cloud solutions (SaaS, PaaS), and security.

● Commercial Acumen: Ability to develop compelling business cases and ROI models
that resonate with decision-makers and align with their business objectives.
● Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining executive-level
relationships across large organizations, particularly within the IT and C-suite.
● Communication & Presentation: Exceptional ability to articulate value propositions
clearly and effectively in presentations, written communications, and negotiations.
● Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively across internal teams—sales, delivery,
marketing, and executive leadership—to drive customer success and growth.
● Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple sales campaigns and
initiatives simultaneously with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent
experience).
