As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in the success of our business on the West Coast by acquiring new customers and positioning Hitachi Digital Solutions as a Strategic Partner of Choice, identifying opportunities and avenues to sell new consulting service offerings and solutions.

An experienced sales hunter, you'll be able to harness your extensive industry network to generate leads and win new business, build your customer base, and drive drive top line revenue - you'll be amply rewarded for your success with our uncapped commission plan.

Your expertise in selling solutions and managed services  means you’ll be adept at establishing and managing client relationships with key decision makers and building trust by understanding your client's business goals to deliver successful outcomes.

With your exemplary sales skills, tech consulting or professional services experience, and a deep understanding of Digital Transformation Technology (Systems Integration, Systems Implementation, Application Modernization, ERP, Cloud, Data, IoT), you’ll be able to work with cross-functional teams to ensure your client’s goals are being achieved through first-class service delivery.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Sales of Digital Technology Consulting services, including developing new accounts on the West Coast.
  • Networking and developing strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Hitachi Digital Services for their resource needs.
  • Searching for new opportunities and growing the sales pipeline, generating leads and submitting proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of service offerings.
  • Prospecting, generating leads and closing deals
  • Growing sales pipeline, hunting for new opportunities
  • Communicating, and partnering with C-Suite, VP, Director, and Manager level executives

What you'll bring:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales hunter role in the IT professional services or management consulting industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise and a strong network within the Digital Technology space (Systems Integration, Systems Implementation, Application Modernization, ERP, Cloud, Data, IoT, etc.)
  • Full sales cycle experience, from lead generation, to identifying opportunities, to closing $MM deals.

The expected compensation for this position: is base salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 with uncapped commissions up to $1,000,000.

The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area.
