About the Role

Detailed responsibilities include:

• Provide strong stakeholder management. Managing multiple client teams at both a Senior Manager and Director Level
• Manage the day-to-day activities of QA team members, including scheduling and managing ongoing projects
• Develop test strategy,  test execution plans, tracking, status and progress reporting
• Delivering Technology reporting initiatives, understanding reporting requirements
• To collaborate with business stakeholders and Line of Business SMEs developing Business Acceptance Scenario and Test cases 
• Interpret the Capital Calculation Requirements and build out Test Scenarios

About you

Education & Experience:

• Min 7 years as a QA Test Lead experience is required
• Strong experience in Control Room Space including Employee firm conflict of Interests and Investment Banking/RsearchDisclosure
• Demonstrate strong skills and experience on any Project implementation
• Experience working on large Data Conversions and strong understand on QA/Testing lifecycle
• Strong communicator
• Strong stakeholder management - able to manage multiple client teams at Senior Manager and Director level
• Experience developing test strategy, test execution plans, tracking, status and progress reporting
• Manage / facilitate triage calls and issue troubleshooting/resolution
• Good knowledge of data
