Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced talent exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.

About the Role

Conducts functional and performance testing, verifies data accuracy, and ensures compliance with business and technical specifications.

• Capco will adopt existing QA / Testing methodologies and frameworks including tools and pipelines (identified via Diagnostic phase)
• Develop and execute test cases for ETL processes, data file exchanges, and data integrity validation
• Implement automated data validation scripts using Python, SQL, or ETL testing tools like Query Surge or an equivalent tool
• Verify end-to-end data consistency between source, transformation, and target environments
• Ensure proper handling of failed data loads, missing files, and incorrect transformations
• Test ETL processes under high data volume scenarios to assess scalability and efficiency

• 7+years of experience in QA Testing methodologies and frameworks
• Ability to execute ETL processes, data file exchanges and data integrity validation
• Previous experience with Python, SQL, OR testing tools like Query Surge
