Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage ongoing programs with key customers, Tier 1s, and OEMs.
  • Gather and integrate project performance and progress information.
  • Prepare detailed status reports which include: latest accomplishments, upcoming deliverables, project metrics, and risk analysis.
  • Develop processes and procedures to improve functions within Operations.
  • Prepare and update detailed project plans, deliverable timelines, KPIs and milestones.
  • Self-prioritize and work efficiently through evolving project timelines and scopes, in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team; capable of effectively interacting with technical staff.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and support projects of varying complexity concurrently.
  • Ensure that your work is performed in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure team compliance with QMS, monitor quality, and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure that customer needs and expectations are communicated to internal teams. Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts and uphold quality policies.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of program management experience.
  • Proven track record of building and executing complex programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of listening and obtaining clarification, then adapting approach or method to best fit the situation.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Natural leader in providing structure, prioritization and decisiveness.
  • Persistent and persuasive towards results in an emphatic and pragmatic manner.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience at a top consulting firm.
  • Experience working at a start-up company.
  • Automotive Industry experience.
