The Role:

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end narrative for Fireworks AI's platform, driving category leadership, accelerating adoption, and shaping how developers and enterprises understand the future of generative AI. You’ll partner directly with executives to define GTM strategy, lead high-visibility launches, and empower sales/partners to win in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Launches: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and enhancements. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure successful launches that resonate with AI developers, our target audience.

  • Demos: Develop and deliver high-impact product demos that showcase the value of our AI platform. Tailor demos to different use cases to highlight the platform’s versatility and capabilities.

  • Customer Stories: Collaborate with customers to craft compelling success stories highlighting their achievements with Fireworks. Use these stories to build credibility and demonstrate the real-world impact of our platform.

  • Sales Enablement: Create and maintain a suite of sales enablement materials, including product presentations, competitive analysis, and objection-handling guides. Equip the sales team with the tools they need to communicate our value proposition effectively.

  • Partner Marketing: Drive partner marketing initiatives that amplify our reach and enhance our strategic relationships. Develop joint marketing plans with key partners and execute campaigns that drive mutual success.

  • Content Development: Produce a variety of content, including blog posts, white papers, and case studies, that educates the market on the benefits of Fireworks and drives lead generation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8–10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the developer products.

  • Proven track record of successful product launches and experience working closely with sales teams.

  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.

  • Experience in developing sales enablement content and marketing collateral.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the AI or machine learning industry, with a strong understanding of generative AI technologies.

  • Previous experience in a high-growth developer-focused startup environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience working with partners and executing co-marketing initiatives.

Why Fireworks?

  • Own the narrative for the industry’s fastest AI inference platform, trusted by leading AI innovators.

  • Strategic impact: Shape Fireworks’ marketing vision alongside executives and technical founders.

  • Accelerate your career as a key leader in a hyper-growth startup backed by top-tier investors.
