About the Role
Ontra is seeking a Senior Product Manager reporting to our GM of Insight on our Product Management team.

We're looking for a customer-centric and collaborative product manager to lead a product development team through the research, build, launch, and scale phase of a critical new product that solves a real pain point for our most important customers. What You'll Do
- Product Strategy Development: Collaborate with the GM and cross-functional teams to develop a strategic roadmap aimed at exceeding $25M in ARR within three years post-launch.
- Product Evangelist: Lead and coordinate efforts across various departments, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive product development and launch.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of the product's lifecycle, from initial concept through development to market introduction and scaling.
- Team Building and Management: Lead a high-performing team to drive product excellence in a start-up environment supported by a larger entity.
- Market Analysis and Insight: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to inform product features and enhancements, ensuring market relevance and competitive edge.
- Launch Execution: Plan and execute the launch strategy, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customers needs and business goals.
- Be the Expert: Be recognized as a market, competitive, customer, and business expert both within Ontra and in the industry.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 7+ years in product and leadership roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in managing and guiding teams to achieve goals.
- Product Development: Proven experience in taking critical features and, ideally, whole products from ideation to launch.
- Customer Engagement: Demonstrated customer-facing experience, with a focus on in-person interactions to drive product success.
- Business Acumen: Strong grounding in business fundamentals to make great long-term decisions for the product and company.
- Market Knowledge: Experience in private or public markets, offering valuable insights into industry dynamics (nice to have).
Pay TransparencyOntra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.
