The Role

The Lattice Product team is on a mission to make work meaningful for companies across the world. This is a unique role that involves leading and growing the Partner HR Integrations products to serve the needs of 3000+ clients, 500+ internal stakeholders, hundreds of partners and the newly launched HRIS.. You’ll work closely with our partnership team, your engineering and design counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, to deliver feature enhancements and new strategic initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally working closely with all of our product verticals and their product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure that users have a cohesive experience. You will also work closely with CX and Sales, Data and Operations, and Go-to-market counterparts to ensure that the tools that we have internally deliver value. This position is located Remotely and is an excellent opportunity if you thrive working on highly impactful and cross-functional products.

  • Partner with leadership across our Engineering, Product, and Design organizations to ensure we are developing our platform on common primitives with high degrees of product interoperability
  • Form strong cross-functional relationships across the organization including with our Go-to-market partners
  • Deliver on product and business goals
  • Help define and execute a product vision and strategy, and be able to break a larger vision into discrete projects
  • Synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
  • Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business
  • Partner with our engineering, product, and design teams across the company to ensure optimal user experience on both our integrations user experience and data and also our internal tools
  • Define the product KPIs and track the success of the features that we launch

We are looking for someone who has a combination of the following:

  • Proven track record of supporting high-performing teams with a track record of developing products with best-in-class customer experiences
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in product management
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a talent for succinctly articulating customer challenges
  • Employee-focus: you care deeply about the people on your team, helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals, and enabling them to do their best work.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done—and then doing it.
  • You have experience overseeing the product decision-making process across multiple teams.
  • Preferably, you have professional experience with multi-product, B2B SaaS applications and a technical degree
