WalkMe is looking for a full-time Senior Paralegal to join our in-house global Legal team. You will collaborate with colleagues across the company and around the world to support WalkMe's needs and play a meaningful role in our growth.
What You'll Own
- Develop new, or improve existing, processes including marketing guidelines for use of third party IP, product guidelines for use of inbound technology licensing, and playbooks for other cross-functional stakeholders as needed
- Provide first line legal support to commercial teams (Sales, Deal Desk, Order Management, and Collections) by handling all NDA redlines, researching and providing analysis of existing customer agreements, reviewing and revising customer redlines to MLSA, and drafting amendments to customer agreements
- Provide first line legal support to product and marketing teams, including by triaging request tickets, providing initial review of requests and responding where able, evaluating requests for marketing permissions, researching and providing analysis of existing license agreements, and processing third-party trademark requests
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum 15 years experience. In-house technology company experience, supporting sales and/or product and marketing teams required.
- Ability to review, analyze, and redline a variety of agreement types and respond to a wide variety of client inquiries.
- Solid understanding of intellectual property law and licensing.
- Excellent judgment including knowing how to issue-spot (both general commercial and licensing issues) and when to escalate to attorneys.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills - must be able to keep all the planes in the air!
- Ability to build document repositories and tracking mechanisms for complex projects and ongoing work.
- Experience supporting patent and trademark application and portfolio management efforts a plus.
- Flexible and comfortable with shifting priorities.
- Team player and sense of humor are a must!

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting OTE for this role is between $140,000 and $170,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
