About the Role:

Khoros is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join our global marketing operations team. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketing execution and impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Domo to track key KPIs and metrics related to the marketing funnel, attribution, and campaign performance.
  • Analyze marketing data to uncover actionable insights and make strategic recommendations.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain marketing reports and dashboards in Salesforce (SFDC) to support marketing and sales alignment.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain all marketing datasets and visualizations in Domo, collaborating closely with the BI team for advanced data needs.
  • Lead full-funnel performance tracking and analytics efforts, ensuring visibility into lifecycle performance and campaign ROI.
  • Align marketing processes with the revenue team’s goals, collaborating closely with the Sales Operations team for seamless lead routing and lead-to-account matching.
  • Work with Marketing Operations tech leads to ensure data from the marketing tech stack is syncing throughout needed systems to facilitate effective and accurate reporting.

You might be a good fit if:

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in a marketing analytics role focusing on data management.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce (SFDC) and Domo.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to build and manage data sets,  visualizations, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of lifecycle management, lead nurturing, and campaign performance optimization.
  • SQL proficiency
  • Expert proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across global teams and align with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a global marketing operations team or with cross-border teams.

Big Plus:

  • Familiarity with Marketo, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and Gong Engage is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of data compliance regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in a high technology-based SaaS environment 
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and methodologies

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

The base salary range for this role is $115,000-$125,000 with a 15% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
