  • Support the evaluation of strategic opportunities to accelerate the business (e.g., strategic partnerships, acquisitions, etc.)
  • Conduct market research to validate hypotheses and identify opportunities for company growth
  • Contribute to the development of Board meeting materials, and investor presentations as needed
  • Always be where the fire is hottest – jump in to help solve the most critical challenges

About you:

  • BA or BS degree
  • 6–8 years of experience in consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, product management, or similar role at a high-growth startup; experience in health tech industry preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering results, even when outside past expertise

  • Ability to operate autonomously and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Capable of owning the details, while still keeping the big picture in mind
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities, but can bring stability to a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to tell a story focused on insights and data, not just a summary of data alone
  • Highly proficient with G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), macOS

Pluses:

  • Experience building Tableau dashboards
  • Experience working with health systems
  • Familiarity with genomics
