We are looking for a Customer Analytics Associate to join our new Strategy & Operations team! This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on individual to play a key role in shaping and building Grata's newest team. You’ll work closely with leadership to tackle some of the company’s most important challenges. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish, become the backbone of our analytics efforts, and act as a trusted strategic partner to the Relationship Management, Account Management, and Product teams, driving impactful results across the business.

Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NYC office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

At Grata, we will expect you to:

  • Identify & unlock strategic areas for growth by designing and managing customer territories, ensuring all teams have ample opportunities to meet and exceed their ambitious targets.
  • Perform customer and revenue analytics by creating and managing dashboards and KPI trackers for Relationship Management (RM) and Account Management (AM) functions, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to leadership on retention, engagement, and expansion opportunities.
  • Be the go-to analytics expert by serving as the key analytical resource for the team, writing SQL queries in Databricks to extract critical insights, automate reporting, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop product and user engagement insights by supporting the product team through the analysis of user engagement, feature adoption, and customer retention drivers to guide product-led growth strategies.

What we are looking for:

  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth environment
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills. Comfort with financial modeling and SQL querying. 
  • You have a proven track record of building data-driven plans, securing buy-in, and executing effectively—while staying focused on what drives the biggest impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re highly organized and set a high bar for timeliness, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through

Grata is committed to providing competitive cash compensation and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per year.
