Senior Manager, IT - P&P Solution Architect at a glance...
You will be at the forefront of shaping the digital employee experience at Kraft Heinz by leading the charge in creating innovative, scalable HR solutions that drive business value and enhance employee engagement. Your role is not just about designing systems but about crafting transformative experiences that empower employees and streamline HR processes across the company.
What's on the menu?

  • Translate business & technical requirements, documenting solution architecture design & analysis.
  • Work closely with product owner & platform managers to ensure a robust architectural runway.
  • Understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding enterprise solution design and change requirements.
  • Monitor the solution portfolio to identify deficiencies (aging & functional fit).
  • Drive maximum reuse of our existing HR technology landscape.
  • Lead evaluation, design and analysis for the implementation of a solutions architecture.

  • I am a tech enthusiast with an infectious passion for HR technology and innovation.
  • I am proficient in IT solution development, including technical architecture, systems integration, and infrastructure design, with experience focused on HR technologies such as Workday, ServiceNow, or UKG.
  • I have a strong understanding of HR data models, HRIS architecture, and HR capabilities like, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Labor Scheduling.
  • I have experience with APIs, microservices, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) to connect HR systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., finance, payroll, time & attendance, Active Directory).
  • I am proficient in security standards and compliance (GDPR, SOC, ISO27001) to ensure data privacy, particularly in handling HR data across global landscapes.
  • I have experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for HR systems, including knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps to automate deployments and manage version control.
  • I have familiarity with AI/ML applications in HR, such as predictive analytics for talent management, and using telemetry and monitoring to optimize HR technology performance.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$120,100.00 - $150,100.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
