What we would be looking for in the future when a Senior NetSuite System Administrator position opens up:

The Role & The Team:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior NetSuite System Administrator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the business and supporting the company's overall growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to system management.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage, support and maintain NetSuite system configurations, including customizations, workflows, EDI and other integrations.
  • Maintain and manage customizations for NetSuite modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom fields, records, and workflows.
  • Create and manage user roles, permissions, provisioning, access controls and data security.
  • Assist with data import and exports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Recommend solutions for systems improvements.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, suitelets and dashboards.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
  • Provide user training for user roles.
  • Stay up-to-date on NetSuite features, enhancements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize NetSuite for business processes.
  • Manage NetSuite business process improvements, projects and ensure delivery of projects outlined in the NetSuite roadmap.
  • Manage integrations into and from NetSuite from tools like Celigo, Salesforce.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Preferably 7-8+ years experience as NetSuite administrator or current NetSuite Certified Administrator qualification
  • 5+ years translating business strategy or analysis to user facing digital products
  • 5+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
  • Exceptional understanding of NetSuite core functionalities, implementing and configuring NetSuite modules, and creating custom fields, records, and workflows.
  • Technical experience with modern API methods, SQL and the development of complex systems at scale.
  • Experience with Adaptive a big plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with others to achieve desired business results.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, internal and external facing, along with experience presenting to C-level leadership and managing stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to distill complexity for both technical and business audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial-minded with the ability to work in a start-up environment.
  • Passionate about your customers and advocating for what is best for them.

This post is not in reference to a currently open position. However, if this position were to open, it would align with the compensation information below.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $119,000 and $166,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
