Datadog is looking for aSenior Group Manager, Product Marketingto lead a team of talented Product Marketers in our rapidly evolving Datadog Cloud Integrations Go-to-Market team. As the leader of this team, you will own and drive the development and execution of a go-to-market plan focused on acquiring, activating and growing customers and usage for the monitoring and securing of the several hundred products we support which are produced by our cloud platform partners. This role will be a great fit for an experienced, innovative product marketer who can thrive in dynamic environments and enjoys coaching others.

What You'll Do:

  • Build, manage, mentor, and lead a team of product marketers
  • Own new launches for new cloud partner integrations and capabilities in the rapidly evolving cloud infrastructure market
  • Craft positioning and messaging that creates compelling product messages and content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within marketing to plan and execute creative lead generations campaigns that draw from cloud platform customers
  • Create trainings, collateral and other materials to educate our channel alliances, customer success and sales team on how to effectively sell our integrations for cloud platform products
  • Become a trusted partner to product, sales, partner marketing and advocacy teams and establish a continuous feedback loop around market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape


Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience or product management focused roles in B2B tech and demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of product marketing and all their strategic components
  • Passionate about coaching others with at least 3 years of experience in building and leading a product marketing team
  • Proven in your experience developing go-to-marketing strategy for products with self-serve motion
  • Excellent in your written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a passion for storytelling

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
