About the Role:

Motive is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, coordination and management of field marketing programs.The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.

What You'll Do:

  • On-site Event Assistance: Help oversee logistics during the event, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for attendees and internal stakeholders. 
  • Program Support: Assist in the planning, organization, and management of field marketing programs, working closely with field marketing managers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Communications:  Draft program briefs and communications for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work with field marketing managers, marketing operations, SDRs, and account executives to assist in the execution, tracking, and optimization of field marketing programs.
  • Budget Support: Assist in managing budgets by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining cost control and quality standards.
  • Vendor Coordination: Assist in coordinating with external vendors such as venues, catering, and production companies to meet event requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or the technology sector
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, 6Sense, Asana.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a remote team in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly interpersonal, capable of building trust and respect, and driven to succeed.
  • Must be willing to travel between 25-30%

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is:

$62,000$94,000 USD
