🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities

You'll be responsible for developing and executing a corporate events strategy that'll enable Writer to build strong partnerships and customer relationships that drive pipeline and revenue. You must be a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the challenge of working with creative teams, and is determined to make a difference in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

Specifically:

  • Create, manage, and measure impactful corporate event strategies and field marketing tactics that generate millions of sales pipeline

  • Manage and execute Writer’s AI Leaders Forum series and roadshow

  • Identify, negotiate, secure and manage vendor relationships

  • Manage a calendar of corporate events and conferences

  • Effectively collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, customer success, engineering, and marketing to ensure successful execution

  • Optimize ROI for event budget and resources.

  • Proven track record in developing and managing event strategies, from intimate executive dinners to large-scale industry conferences

  • Loves working on teams, especially with sales and partnerships leaders

  • Aren’t afraid of tools like Notion, Hubspot, Canva, and SFDC

  • Are data-driven and can break down problems into smaller parts

  • Passion for AI 

  • Huge plus if you’ve organized roadshows, workshops, customer advisory boards or internal user conferences

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for events
