About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Experience Officer (CPXO). You’ll manage schedules, simplify operations, and ensure smooth communication within the People team and across Crunchyroll. Reporting to our CPXO, you’ll anticipate needs, enhance workflows, and contribute to impactful initiatives, playing a key role in creating a positive experience for all Crunchyrollers.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage the CPXO’s calendar, ensuring time is spent on top priorities.
  • Act as a key liaison between the CPXO, the People team, and partners.
  • Oversee inbox management, drafting responses and handling communications.
  • Track critical deliverables and improve workflows for maximum efficiency.

HR and Administrative Support:

  • Organize and track People team initiatives, managing several important projects at once and addressing issues quickly.
  • Prepare materials for team meetings and offsite events, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage travel, events, and ad hoc projects.

Project Management and Operations:

  • Partner with the CPXO to track team goals, milestones, and company-wide People initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative systems.

This hybrid role is based in Los Angeles and requires three days in our office.

  • You manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle domestic and international travel with care and attention to detail.
  • You build relationships, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • You excel at managing projects, tracking deliverables, and addressing challenges.
  • You have advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
