You will be a key member of our Customer Success organization focused on leading the current renewals team, developing and executing revenue strategies, and shaping processes to ensure our customers’ success. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated and strategic retention expert focused on retaining and growing our existing customer base. Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in helping us grow and mature our Commercial/Enterprise renewals team, creating and executing retention strategies while crushing your quarterly targets.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for managing the Commercial & Enterprise Renewals leaders and their respective renewals teams. At Salesloft, the renewal managers are focused on educating our customers about the power of Salesloft, assessing customer health, and finding opportunities to grow/expand customer footprint. You must be able to forecast revenue based on customer health data, create effective processes, and have a passion for fostering and growing talent. To thrive in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

THE SKILL SET:
- 10+ years of renewals/account management/sales experience
- 7 years+ of management experience with experience achieving revenue goals focused on Enterprise and Commercial customers.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to engage and present to senior leadership
- Experience coaching and developing teams
- Expertise in negotiating a wide range of complex contracts and legal discussions with a focus on creating win/win commercial options for customers.
- Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to build internal partnerships and gain buy-in. Building synergy between renewals & sales.
- Experience with Salesforce is huge plus, Salesloft is big bonus.
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “lofters” unique
- Complete all required training by due dates specified
- Understand the skills and responsibility of your immediate team members
- Meet with your entire team and listen to what is working and not working in the organization
- Meet with your counterparts and Business stakeholders to gain insights and expectations on the role
- Know the product, value prop for our customers, buyer personas, competitive differentiators
- Create a 90-day plan
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Be familiar with how we measure success
- Determine the priorities for your organization and develop a roadmap for the next 12 months
- Implement changes in the org that is necessary to get to the next level of the business
- Drive the team to execute against plan
- Drive a results-driven culture and ensure that teams are held accountable
- Consistently meet or exceed your targets
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Continue to drive the team to execute against plan
- Continue to identify improvement opportunities
- Seen as a critical Senior leader in the Success Organization
- Build roadmap for the following year

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

Base Pay Range
$157,000—$269,000 USD
