From startups seeking to bring new ideas to life to established companies aiming to retain their category leadership, we help businesses tell the story of why they matter to put them at the center of every tomorrow. We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Designer with a strong focus on digital design. This person will be passionate about creating world-class digital experiences that captivate and engage users.

Who you are:

  • You have 5-7 years of experience bringing brands to life in the digital space. You have visual storytelling chops and a solid understanding of UX principles and best practices.
  • Your craft skills are impeccable, and you love prototyping and testing for both UI and UX. You're highly proficient in Figma and other design tools and have previous experience launching websites, apps, and e-commerce projects.
  • You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality digital experiences. 
  • You think of experience design as emphasizing motion, animated UI, interactivity, and moving images. You love prototyping to showcase this skill set.
  • You have a clean aesthetic and obsess over the details that shape the digital environment.
  • You are a master of responsive layout, color, and typography and can build a unique home for brands on screens. 
  • You’re a strategic thinker and understand how to design compelling digital product experiences. You have a passion for brand building and can help push user experience forward across all digital touchpoints.
  • You're curious and solution-oriented and enjoy finding new and innovative design solutions. You can work independently but are keen to collaborate across disciplines to design fresh brand experiences.
  • You can confidently present your work and thoughtfully discuss design decisions and strategic design moves.
