The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $222,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Nike Digital Product Design executes thoughtful design solutions for business and consumer problems at scale. We craft the overall form and function of our digital products — defining the user experiences and interfaces for Nike’s internal and consumer-facing experiences. 

Who you’ll work with

The SNKRS design team is responsible for the user experience and design of SNKRS across iOS, Android, Web, and the internal tools that power it. The team is tasked with delivering the best possible brand experiences that define and inspire a deeper connection with a worldwide sneaker community and street culture. They maintain release clarity and stability for seamless and enticing access to coveted products, invent new ways of interacting with content, culture and community, and drive connection with the most cutting-edge partner brands, stores, and collaborators. As a key member of this team, you’ll report into the Design Director of SNKRS within Nike Digital Product Design.

Who we’re looking for

You’re the go-to designer on the team — taking ownership for every detail of the final design. You confidently apply your knowledge and craft, working independently on several projects at a time. You seek out opportunities to round out your skills and always present the thinking behind your work. You bring a wide-range of concepts to the table and are constantly pushing your team’s view of what’s possible.

  • 6+ years of relevant experience with end-to-end digital product design with proven experience in visual design and UX
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in design or related field (UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design and execution
  • Ability to deliver high-quality,​ end-to-end ​design solutions ​that uphold Nike's quality standards
  • Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise
  • Demonstrated user-centric design approach and insights-based design process
  • Strong collaborator with product managers, engineers, writers, researchers and marketers
  • Solid design process and strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with consumer research and data
  • Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Principle and Keynote
  • Cross-platform design experience (Web, Android, iOS, internal tools)
  • Ability to effectively communicate design intentions and establish the gravity around ideas
  • Ability to produce a holistic look and feel between all pieces of a large project
  • Experience launching software at scale in a fast-paced product organization
  • Passion for the Nike/SNKRS brand, sport and for creating high-quality work
  • A fascination with innovation and technology and a solid understanding of digital tools and trends

What you will work on

Senior Product Designers help create digital tools and experiences at the intersection of culture and commerce. You’ll be responsible for supporting the SNKRS consumer experience by:

  • Designing incredibly polished work that represents the SNKRS brand and product experience through visual comps, wireframes, user flows and prototypes
  • Owning multiple product features for medium to large projects
  • Rapidly iterating and refining design concepts — from initial briefing through final delivery
  • Working closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of producers, product managers, project managers, engineers, researchers and fellow designers
  • Inspiring new ways of thinking and exploring the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems
  • Mentoring and providing helpful feedback to fellow designers and interns to uplevel their craft and skills
  • Evangelizing the SNKRS brand and driving initiatives that strengthen Nike's design culture internally
