We realize that the value we provide comes with great responsibilities, and therefore make security and privacy our highest priorities.

We come from a diverse set of backgrounds and each member brings different skills to the group. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. Your skills and potential will stand out—and set you apart—especially if your career has taken some extraordinary twists and turns.

Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to help set the team culture and help iterate on our sales process and go-to-market approach.

  • Gain and leverage a deep understanding of our positioning, sales process, and customer stories
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and improve our sales process
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach to new and existing customers
  • Educate customers on the value of Finch through tailored demonstrations and presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, success, and partnerships to identify opportunities to drive better alignment with our prospects

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of SaaS experience selling to mid-market and enterprise businesses and hitting (or exceeding) your number
  • Adept at speaking to technical and non-technical personas, tailoring Finch’s value proposition to each of their specific needs
  • Disciplined with time management focused on executing on the highest impact activity
  • Willing to learn and be coached so you can continuously improve in your role
  • Accountable, as an AE you take ownership for your inputs and outputs
  • Motivated by winning with proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Solid understanding of the buyer journey, comfortable in both complex and transactional sales cycles
  • Able to travel to key accounts and industry events when appropriate
  • Experience selling into retirement, brokers, auditors, insurance etc. is a plus, but not a requirement

Benefits

  • Flexible monthly stipend
  • 100% Health/Dental/Vision coverage and 85% dependent coverage
  • Unlimited vacation policy (with 3 weeks minimum)
  • Parental leave
  • 401(k)
  • Offsite company trips
  • Offices in SF & NYC
