We're looking for a results-oriented and motivated Sales Leader to grow our Enterprise sales team. Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you'll oversee a team of Account Executives, providing feedback, coaching, and training to ensure quota attainment and overall account development. Your primary focus will be recruiting and developing a team responsible for capturing net-new business within your assigned territory. On a day-to-day basis, you'll help your team empower our customers to achieve strategic outcomes.
What you will do:
- Consistently help your team meet or exceed quota
- Be considered a top-performing team leader by consistently exceeding team goals
- Cultivate a team of Account Executives that see consistent month-over-month success
- Serve as a mentor, leader, or coach to other new peers of the team
- Provide feedback to the executive team on a regular basis and help them steer the company in the right direction.
The ideal candidate will have:
- You have 5+ years of software sales leadership experience.
- You have expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting revenue targets.
- You have consistent achievement of sales goals with high seller participation.
- You are a talent magnet!
- You have the curiosity to learn technical concepts and articulate them in a way that highlights business value to senior or executive stakeholders.
Compensation
- The cash compensation range for this role is $300,000 - $350,000.
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package.
