About the Role:

Based out of our HQ in Redwood Shores, you can expect to be part of team that’s hungry to succeed and help Zilliz grow. We’re looking for people want to win and willing to sacrifice to get the job done. This is an opportunity for builders, breakers, and thinkers—those who aren’t afraid to innovate, fail fast, and grow. You will be expected to be working in the office 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).

What you will do:

  • Raise awareness and generate interest for Zilliz through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers
  • Meet or exceed daily quotas of activities and other pipeline generating KPIs
  • Consistently going to events, several times a week, to meet prospects, develop relationships and setup meetings for AEs and Mgmt  
  • Experiment and innovate with new outreach techniques, leveraging AI and a modern tool stack like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Common Room.
  • Collaborate cross functionally and with the mgmt team
  • Lead and inspire – help shape the SDR strategy while being a hands-on contributor.
